Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) available in The Dalles, Oregon. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care for critically ill patients within a 12-hour night shift schedule. Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ICU experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required.
- Preferred Qualifications: ICU experience; additional certifications in critical care nursing are advantageous.
- Additional Information: The role involves assessing patient data, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. Collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members is essential to ensure a safe, humane, and healing environment.
