Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse position available in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in an acute division within a Level 4 trauma setting. The schedule includes night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The role is suitable for nurses with varied experience levels, including those just starting their careers.
Job Details:
- Shift: Night shift, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, including weekends as needed
- Required Qualifications: Certifications including ACLS, BLS (AHA), ENPC or PALS, NIHSS, TNCC; Valid license to submit; Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; Location in Utah preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an emergency room setting; Familiarity with EPIC charting system
- Float: Float rotation may be required within zone 2 locations. Travel time paid for floats to other locations within the zone.
- Additional Information: Candidate must ensure availability for orientation the week prior to start date. The facility allows cancellation of up to four shifts per 13-week assignment or three shifts for shorter assignments. The candidate is responsible for obtaining housing that supports the zone float requirement.
