Job Summary:
Emergency Room RN in Renton, Washington. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, working on a rotating shift schedule. The role requires clinical expertise in trauma and emergency care, with additional responsibilities supporting diverse patient needs within the facility.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Emergency Nurses Pediatric Course (ENPC), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); at least 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience, including 1 year in a trauma center; prior travel experience; must have current licenses.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic health record system, working with a diverse patient population.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a Level 3 trauma setting with approximately 55 beds and an acceleration care unit. Candidate will be expected to perform routine patient assessments, manage critical patients, and coordinate care within the emergency department. Orientation includes first-day bedside training and subsequent shifts with ED leadership.
