Job Summary:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care, located in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care by implementing and supervising individualized care plans, assisting in the rehabilitation process, and ensuring patient safety. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide patient education, and support discharge planning to promote positive health outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required prior to first shift (for CIRH only); a minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience; comprehensive nursing education with applicable licensure; located in or willing to work in Ohio; at least 0 years of experience in critical care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an ICU setting is highly desired.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, participate in patient rehabilitation programs, and ensure accurate documentation of all assessments and interventions. The role requires leadership in charge responsibilities after orientation and active pursuit of professional development through continuing education and self-study. Effective communication, team-building skills, and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success in this position.
