Job Summary:
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) position available in the Massachusetts area, specifically covering the Cape Cod region. This role involves providing skilled nursing, supportive care, and pain and symptom management for hospice patients in both home and facility settings. The position includes travel across the entire Cape Cod area to meet patient needs and requires a compassionate approach aligned with hospice philosophy of care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license in Massachusetts; two (2) years of hospice RN experience; RN license in Massachusetts; hospice home care experience; IV certification; computer skills; BSN preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic documentation and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This is a float RN position involving coverage across Cape Cod, including travel to patients' homes and facilities. The travel area encompasses the entire Cape, across the bridge, and as far east as the Yarmouth, Harwich, and Orleans areas. Candidates must confirm their availability for the start date of 09/14/2026, with awareness of the billing rate adjustment effective 09/20. All care must adhere to standards set forth by relevant nursing associations and regulations, with documentation completed accurately and in a timely manner. The role involves supervising Hospice Aides bi-weekly and mentoring new staff as needed.
