Job Summary:
The ICU Neurological specialty position is located in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized neurological intensive care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering expert patient care in a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, with a focus on patients recovering from complex neurological conditions.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, MA
• Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Licensure as a Medical Assistant (MA), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), experience with electronic medical record systems such as Epic, travel experience, and level 1 critical care experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months separated from the healthcare organization to be considered.
• Preferred Qualifications: Neuro ICU experience, experience working in a multidisciplinary neurological intensive care team.
• Additional Information: The position involves rotating through day and night shifts every four weeks, with potential rotation as needed. Candidates must adhere to specialized neurocritical care protocols and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
