Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity available in a healthcare facility located in Brigham City, Utah. The position involves providing high-quality obstetric care in a dedicated labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum unit. The RN will be responsible for managing labor and delivery patients, newborn assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Location: Brigham City, UT
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Required Qualifications:
  Certifications: ACLS, NRP, STABLE, CEFM or AWHONN fetal monitoring;
  Education: Appropriate nursing degree and license;
  Experience: 0+ years in Labor and Delivery;
  Location: Utah;
  Shift: Nights;
  Duration: 13 weeks
• Preferred Qualifications:
  C-Section experience;
  Nursery experience;
• Unit Information:
  • Number of beds: 8
  • Staff: 19 members
  • Patient Ratios: 2/1 labor patients, 4/1 mother/baby couples
  • Equipment: Fetal monitors, EMR Meditech
  • On Call Requirements: 1 call shift per week, with potential for 2 calls during a week with only 2 shifts
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Responsibilities:
  • Managing labor, delivery, and postpartum care
  • Assisting with deliveries and recovery
  • Conducting newborn testing (CCHD, metabolic screening, bilirubin, hearing screening)
  • Providing support and education to patients and families
