Job Summary:
Surgical Technician / Operating Room Technician in Manchester, New Hampshire. This position involves supporting neurosurgery and spine procedures in a busy operating room environment. The role requires experienced clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently during day shifts, assisting with a variety of surgical cases.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Surgical Technician or Operating Room Technician, minimum of 0 years of experience, familiarity with neuro/spine procedures, worked with orthopedic, robotics, and general surgery cases.
• Preferred Qualifications: Neuro experience, ability to provide call coverage.
• Units & Equipment: The operating room is equipped with DaVinci Robot, Endovascular Suite, neurospine microscope, hysteroscopy pump, and electronic health record system (Altera).
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 for procedures.
• Type of Staff: Day shift RNs, surgical technicians, and UAs, with occasional late calls, overnight shifts, and holiday coverage on a PRN basis.
• Unit Description: A 10-bed unit within a 330-bed licensed facility, staffed with approximately 50 personnel, providing services across orthopedic, robotics, gynecology, urology, vascular, endovascular, and neurological procedures.
• Additional Information: The incumbent is expected to work hard and maintain a positive team spirit. On-call and occasional late or overnight shifts may be required.
