Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse position available in Boise, Idaho. This role involves providing critical care to patients in various ICU settings across multiple facilities, with opportunities to float within specialized units such as neuro, cardiac, or surgical ICU. The position requires experienced RNs comfortable with titrating drips and managing critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in state of practice, BLS certification, ACLS certification, NIHSS certification, minimum of 2 years of relevant ICU experience, previous travel experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with titrating drips such as insulin or other titratable sets.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, with RNs floating to their specialty units or to any participating facility as needed.
• Additional Information: The position includes a comprehensive orientation program consisting of meet and greet on day one and three inpatient orientation shifts. Can float to different units and facilities at any time during the shift based on operational needs. No specific scrubs required; professional and clean attire is expected. Candidates must reside outside of a 50-mile radius from the facilities to qualify.
