Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) on the night shift at a healthcare facility in Delta, Colorado. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with all clinical and safety standards, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. This role requires a current license to practice as an RN in Colorado and is ideal for professionals with a passion for acute care nursing.

Job Details:

• Location: Delta, Colorado
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current licensure to practice as an RN in Colorado; BLS certification required upon hire; ACLS and PALS certifications required upon hire or within 6 months; two years of relevant experience preferred; specialty certification for specialty areas preferred.
• Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, adhere to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Additional Information: Rapid response situation management, patient assessment, and collaboration with healthcare team members.
