Description

Job Summary:
Operating Room RN - Plymouth, MA. This position involves providing specialized surgical nursing care within the operating room environment. The role requires a skilled professional with orthopedics experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting on a day shift.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Current Massachusetts RN license, current operating room experience, demonstrated working knowledge of aseptic techniques, operational knowledge of complex surgical equipment (including endoscopic, laser, ENT, orthopedic, plastic, podiatry, neuro, general, thoracic, urology, and vascular procedures), BLS certification, travel experience required, no local candidates (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility).
  • Start Date: ASAP, with interviews scheduled upon receipt of availability.
  • Additional Information: Privileged to work in a trauma and general surgical environment, with neuro experience considered a bonus. Must pass ECG/telemetry assessment and medication tests administered via Zoom prior to assignment, with preparation recommended using provided study materials. Covid-19 booster and flu vaccination required or medical exemption accepted. No more than three days off consecutively will be approved. Candidate must not have worked at a related organization within the past six months.
  • Schedule notes: No float rotation is required.
