Job Summary:
Progressive Care Nurse in a hospital setting. The position involves providing competent clinical nursing care, coordinating patient care utilizing the nursing process, and ensuring patient outcomes meet professional standards. The role requires collaboration with the interdisciplinary team in a hospital environment, focusing on patients with complex healthcare needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of Nursing; licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina; at least 2 years of progressive care unit experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC).
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The candidate will participate in patient education, safety management, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role requires engagement in clinical problem-solving, communication systems utilization, and adherence to healthcare standards and regulatory guidelines. The assignment is scheduled from 09/14/2026 to 12/12/2026.
