Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role involves supporting surgical procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment. Candidates must be experienced in working independently on transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases, with a strong background in trauma care and Epic electronic medical records system.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting on 08/31/2026. Call shifts will occur 3 times a month during evening, overnight, and weekend hours, including 12-hour calls on either Saturday or Sunday.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse, minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in large hospitals, trauma experience at level 1 trauma centers, proficiency with Epic electronic medical records system, and experience with transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases. Must have at least 6 months separation from the employment organization.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in perioperative nursing, certifications in operating room nursing, and familiarity with intensive care and complex surgical procedures.
• Eligibility: No local candidates within 50 miles are accepted.
• Additional Information: The position requires coverage at a large hospital with diverse surgical services. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently work on complex cases and handle high-acuity patients.
