Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nursing position is located in Concord, New Hampshire. This role involves providing specialized patient care in a hospital setting, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and management of patients with cardiac conditions. Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/30/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid active New Hampshire (NH) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, 2+ years of recent experience in medical-surgical nursing with telemetry, experience managing post-cardiac procedures and hemostasis, proficiency in stroke assessment, current BLS and ACLS certifications, NHISS certification needed prior to start, and passing an advanced Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a score of at least 80%.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner electronic medical records experience
• Additional Information: Candidates must submit an up-to-date resume including travel experience and a skills checklist matching the specialty. Licenses verification with all active RN licenses, NURSYS report, and RTO approval must be included at the time of submission. May be required to float to other units including ED hold, ICU, or Progressive Care Units, and to facilities in Laconia or Franklin, New Hampshire.
