Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position in a rural community hospital located in Hawaii. The role involves providing care for patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum, with an emphasis on fetal monitoring and couplet care. The position offers the opportunity to work night shifts, supporting a busy delivery service with approximately 45-50 births per month.

Job Details:

• Location: 79-1019 Haukapila Street, Kealakekua, HI 96750
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Hawaii nursing license; experience in Labor & Delivery and Nursery nursing with couplet care; intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring skills; must have prior Labor & Delivery experience; minimum of 0 years of experience
• Additional Information: Reference checks should be sent via email. Do not call for reference checks.
• Float: May float to assist other departments but not as a primary nurse.
• Additional Compensation: When assigned to charge nurse duties, an additional $2.00 per hour will be compensated.
