Job Summary:
The Long Term Care registered nurse position is based in Dayton, Ohio. This role involves providing patient care in a long-term care setting, utilizing critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe and effective delivery of care. The RN demonstrates clinical competencies through continuing education, delegates patient care appropriately, and supervises assigned personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Ohio RN license or valid multi-state RN license (must be attached to the resume), ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association), vent/trach experience, long-term acute care hospital experience in a hospital setting, minimum of 0 years of experience
• Additional Information: Must use the specified template to be considered for the role. All submissions without the template will be rejected.
