Job Summary:
Rehabilitation Nurse position available in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves providing specialized inpatient rehabilitation care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. The nurse will implement and monitor individualized rehabilitation programs, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 2 years of experience as a rehabilitation nurse, certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), eligible to work in the United States, with appropriate communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on a medical surgical rehabilitation floor, effective team player, cooperative personality.
• Additional Information: The facility has a 50-bed capacity, with a patient ratio of 1:8. The unit uses the Cerner electronic health record system. Scrub color is navy blue, and staff report at 6:45 AM or 6:45 PM. Parking is available on the side of the building. The position is open to new and expanded service lines.
