Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse in Russellville, Arkansas. This role involves providing patient care on a busy inpatient medical-surgical unit, supporting diverse adult and geriatric patient populations. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current state nursing license, 1-2 years recent acute care experience, CPR certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations, strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical setting
• Float: Float rotation may be required to all medical-surgical floors
• Additional Information: The unit cares for adult and geriatric patients with various medical conditions. Candidates should be adaptable and comfortable working independently during Night shifts. The assignment includes occasional on-call duties, typically less than once per month. The start date for this assignment is 08/24/2026.
