Description

Job Summary:
Rehabilitation Nurse in North Florida. This position involves providing specialized inpatient rehabilitation care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The role requires delivering personalized rehabilitation programs aimed at maximizing patients' health, function, and quality of life.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shifts, with shift hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, requiring a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing, a minimum of 2 years of rehabilitation nursing experience, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and location-specific licensure if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications: Good computer skills, effective communication in English (verbal and written), and experience working within a rehabilitation unit.
Additional Information: Must have a cooperative personality and the desire to be a team player. Candidate must report at 6:45 PM or 6:45 AM upon arrival, and scrubs should be navy blue. The role involves caring for a patient population focused on inpatient rehabilitation within a 50-bed facility utilizing Cerner electronic health records. No float rotation is specified.
