Description
Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized perioperative patient care in the surgical environment, supporting surgical team protocols, and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures. The role requires flexibility to work in various surgical cases and adherence to facility standards.
Job Details:
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid state license; at least 1 year of OR nursing experience required.
- Schedule: Shift hours are 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The start date is 09/08/2026, and the assignment ends on 12/29/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Experience in the operating room setting and proficiency in surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with diverse surgical specializations and familiarity with electronic charting.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be available to work the scheduled shift hours and comply with all safety and operational protocols of the facility.
