Job Summary:
Psychiatric Unit Nurse in Lewiston, Idaho. This position involves providing specialized mental health care within a psychiatric unit, supporting patient recovery and stabilization. The role is integral to ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality mental health services for the community.
Job Details:
- Shift Time: Nights
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in psychiatric nursing, licensure as a registered nurse, residency within the United States, and at least 0 years of experience in psychiatric care
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mental health patient management, familiarity with crisis intervention techniques, and BLS certification
- Additional Information: The position is a replacement for core staffing with one person hired and training to be provided. The facility is seeking to grow its surgical service line and is recruiting for a core psychiatric nursing team.
