Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in a rural community hospital's emergency department. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on geriatric and pediatric populations. The shift is scheduled overnight, and the candidate will contribute to a dedicated team committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Shift: 1900-0700 (night shift)
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications; 2 years of ER nursing experience; work experience in a rural community hospital setting preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge nurse experience; familiarity with emergency department workflows
• Additional Information: Unit comprises 16 beds with patient ratios dependent on census; utilizes Meditech electronic health record system; candidates should demonstrate strong collaboration skills and a respectful personality suitable for night shift team dynamics.
