Job Summary:
Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN position available in Rochester, New York. This role involves supporting cardiac ablations, device insertions, and electrophysiology procedures within a specialized EP laboratory setting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, assisting with complex procedures, and maintaining operational workflows in the lab.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 09/14/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid New York state RN license, at least 2 years of experience in an EP Lab or related setting, certification in ACLS and BLS, proficiency with EPIC charting system, and demonstrated competency in phlebotomy and IV placement.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Micropace monitoring system for ablations, previous charge nurse experience, and familiarity with Vascular Closure Systems such as Perclose or StarClose.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, with candidates being flexible to float as needed.
• Additional Information: Must be able to scrub and operate specialized monitoring systems for ablation procedures. RNs are required to have a mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV insertion. The role involves working with adult and geriatric patient populations, and candidates will need to adhere to facility-specific policies and procedures.
