Job Summary:
A Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Wisconsin. This role involves providing quality nursing care for maternal and newborn patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive services that reflect the caring philosophy of the healthcare provider. The RN will also cross-train to care for Medical Surgical and Intensive Care Unit patients when needed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree in nursing preferred. Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin Registered Nursing license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 1 month of hire, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 6 months of hire, and Specialized certifications within 1 year of hire. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for conducting initial nursing histories, assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, and managing labor and delivery processes, including emergencies. Duties include fetal heart monitoring, managing pregnancy-related concerns, neonatal assessments, resuscitation, and promoting patient education. The position starts on 08/31/2026 at the specified address in Mauston, Wisconsin.
