Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located in Gilbert, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid multi-state license. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Professional certification related to bedside nursing or specialty practice is advantageous.
• Additional Information: This role involves direct patient care within a hospital setting, including assessment, care planning, and documentation. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in unit leadership initiatives. The position requires physical agility, effective communication, and the ability to respond quickly to patient needs.
