Job Summary:
The medical surgical floor nurse position is based in a healthcare facility located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a busy medical surgical environment. Job Details:

• Position: Medical Surgical Floor Nurse
• Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/16/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, completion of necessary certifications prior to start, candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility, and must have required background check documentation for New Mexico Department of Health compliance.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in medical surgical nursing (not required), knowledge of electronic medical records preferred.
• Additional Information: Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays. Candidates must complete fingerprinting and background checks mandated by the state of New Mexico before employment.
