Description

Job Summary:

The position is for an Endoscopy Laboratory Registered Nurse (RN) in Burlington, Vermont. This role involves working a mix of nine-hour rotating day and evening shifts, with on-call responsibilities required. The RN will perform procedures including ERCPs, assess patient conditions, and provide conscious sedation monitoring. The assignment is scheduled to start on September 7, 2026, for a duration of 16 to 26 weeks.

Required Qualifications: Certifications in AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), minimum of 2 years of experience, recent trauma 1 experience or at large (500+ beds), teaching facility experience, IV starting, assessment of history and physical information, post-procedure recovery for patients receiving conscious sedation, experience providing conscious sedation medication and monitoring, EPIC electronic medical records experience within the past 2 years
Preferred Qualifications: AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10-hour shifts, with bi-weekly orientation sessions, the next scheduled session is 09/21
Additional Information: Prior travel experience is required, all employment gaps over 90 days must be explained, complete work history including bed count, EMR system, and facility type is necessary for submission, reliable transportation is essential, and vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November to April.
