Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Trauma specialty position in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing critical care to adult patients with neurological and multisystem diagnoses in a high-acuity environment. Job Details
- Shift Time: Rotating day and night shifts

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours

- Required Qualifications: Certifications, relevant education, and license requirements, along with at least 0 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Preferred Qualifications: More than 2 years of neurological critical care nursing and travel experience.
- Unit Description: The unit specializes in caring for critically ill adult patients with neurological diagnoses such as neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury. The ICU patient-to-clinician ratio is 1:2, with a bed capacity of 24 and an average census of 22.
- Additional Information: The role requires strong critical care skills; neurocritical care experience is highly preferred. The position involves managing complex patient conditions in a multidisciplinary environment.
