Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse - West Bloomfield, Michigan. This position involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care within the emergency department. The nurse utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team is essential.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shift times, minimum 36 hours per week, starting on 08/31/2026.
• Required Qualifications: BSN, current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing, ACLS, BLS; no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC certification is preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (American Heart Association).
• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Additional Information: The position requires clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the emergency department. The role involves performing a wide variety of professional nursing services and effectively communicating with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
