Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) specialist in Fort Myers, Florida. This role involves working in a fast-paced surgical environment with a focus on open heart procedures. The position requires technical expertise in circulatory and scrub skills, adherence to clinical protocols, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Location: Fort Myers, Florida
- Shift: 10-hour day shifts, with call responsibilities; start times vary.
- Schedule: 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS and ACLS, at least 2 years of experience working in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), scrub and circulate experience, and experience working in a CVOR setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience highly preferred.
- Additional Information:
- EMR: Epic
- All demographic information (address, email, date of birth, SSN, RN license number) must be provided at submission; no RTO will be approved after submission.
- Floating: Required; travelers are first to float and may float to other campuses.
- Culture is highly valued; travelers are expected to function as core staff.
- Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start; pending documents will not be accepted afterward.
- Radius rule: 50 miles from the permanent address.
