Job Summary:
The surgical technician operating room technician position is located in Winchester, Virginia. This role involves providing specialized support within the surgical services unit, requiring expertise in a variety of surgical procedures and operative settings. The technician will assist with maintaining sterile environments and supporting surgical teams during procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, working 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm, totaling a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications must include BLS, NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting), and Virginia State License or pending license status. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience as a CST/OR surgical technician, with proficiency in Robotics, General, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, and Trauma. Experience with Vascular procedures, DaVinci Robots, and Orthopedics is required. The NBSTSA Certification is mandatory with no exceptions.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: No float rotation is required.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced surgical environment supporting teams during operative procedures. Proper attire is scrubs, following facility dress code policy.
