Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position is located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves providing high-quality, direct clinical care to patients in the emergency department, ensuring patient safety and adherence to facility protocols. The position requires supervising staff and supporting the facility's clinical leadership to maintain optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid nursing license; prior ER experience preferred but not required; located in Tucson, Arizona; minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Evening shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
