Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a high-volume, acute care environment. Based in an organization with a partnership with a pediatric specialty affiliation, the role involves providing care to adult and pediatric patients in a busy emergency department setting. The position requires a commitment to and experience in managing high patient acuity, along with flexibility to work nights on an alternating schedule.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Driver's License or State ID, Emergency Room (ER) Nursing certification, at least 2 years of ER nursing experience, familiarity with pediatric patient care, and availability to start on 09/21/2026 through 01/20/2027
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for pediatric patients in high-acuity environments, ability to work every other weekend and holiday, and comfortable managing behavioral health and trauma/resuscitation cases
• Additional Information: The unit features a high-volume 38-bed adult and pediatric emergency care environment with five fast track rooms, four behavioral health rooms, and two trauma/resuscitation rooms. Ultrasound, triage, and advanced life support skills are beneficial for candidates. Candidate must be able to adhere to unit protocols and have experience handling high patient acuity scenarios.
