Job Summary:
Dialysis Nursing Specialist for a dialysis unit within a medical center. This role involves delivering direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. The nurse will implement and monitor care plans, communicate patient conditions, coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, and assist with discharge planning.
