Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) position located in San Diego, California. This role involves providing safe, individualized, and culturally appropriate perioperative care to patients in the operating room environment. The RN will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of surgical care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR certification, at least three years of recent RN experience working in a nursing role, and a minimum of two years recent RN experience in an operating room specialty.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care. The role requires strong charge RN experience, skills in patient assessment, care planning, documentation, educational planning, adult learning theory, interdisciplinary communication, delegation, coordination of care, and operational leadership.
