Description

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This position involves providing quality patient care on a 245-bed healthcare facility's medical-surgical unit. It requires a commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and adherence to hospital protocols, with orientation starting weekly on Mondays.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and the ability to meet the state's fingerprinting and background check requirements. Candidates must be located 60 miles or greater from the facility.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a medical-surgical setting and familiarity with hospital protocols.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: Candidates should be prepared for an orientation process that occurs weekly on Mondays. The facility is located in Las Cruces, New Mexico, a vibrant community known for outdoor recreation and surrounding natural parks.
