Description
Job Summary:
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse in Memphis, Tennessee. This 13-week assignment involves working day shifts in a pediatric critical care setting. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in the specialty area and a valid temporary or compact nursing license. The start dates are available on 09/21/2026, with ongoing options to begin on 09/08/2026, 09/21/2026, 10/05/2026, and 10/19/2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, 12 hours per shift, totaling 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse, valid temporary or compact nursing license, at least 2 years experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit nursing, and residence within 100 miles of the facility. A valid drivers license must be included in the sub packet.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) and Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS) are a plus but not required.
- Additional Information: No remote or float requirements are specified. Candidates must be available to start on one of the scheduled dates and meet the credentialing requirements.
