Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse position in Spokane, Washington. The role involves caring for cardiovascular and intermediate acuity patients within a 34-bed hospital equipped with advanced technology. The position requires strong cardiac experience and offers flexible scheduling and orientation.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Shift cycle is set in 6-week periods with schedule preferences considered.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS; 2 years of strong cardiac or PCU experience; ability to care for cardiovascular patients, interpret rhythms, and manage cardiac drips such as nitro, heparin, Amiodarone, and others.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in cardiac telemetry, post-operative cardiac care, and telemetry monitoring.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, including coverage on Medical-Surgical units, ICU overflow, and other areas as needed.
• Additional Information: Orientation consists of 12-hour units; no on-call required but opportunity to pick up extra shifts; holiday work expectations include 2 of 3 major holidays. Scrub color is any solid, professional color. Parking options include free and paid lots.
• Candidates must be able to start on 09/21/2026 and are expected to work in a hospital setting with advanced cardiac care capabilities.
