Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse, L&D Specialty Location not specified. This role involves providing high-quality care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a high-volume delivery setting. The position requires clinical knowledge and skills focused on patient management in labor and delivery.

Job Details

Shift Time: Nights
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Active Iowa license, at least 2 years of current Labor and Delivery experience, high-risk and circulating experience, recent experience at larger high-volume delivery centers (200-300 deliveries per month), EPIC STORK experience preferred, CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) for fetal monitoring, valid drivers license.
Certifications: AWHONN, NRP, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
Experience requirement: 2.0 years
Additional Information: Candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility based on their drivers license. The assignment begins on 10/26/2026 and ends on 01/25/2027. Travelers are required to work two of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day). An orientation date is set for 10/26, 11/09.
Submission requirements include verification of work history, specific skills checklist relevant to Labor and Delivery, active license, and recent professional references.
