Description
Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Nursing position is located in Walnut Creek, California. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting, supporting recovery and stabilization for patients with life-threatening conditions. The position is suitable for qualified registered nurses with recent ICU experience and relevant certifications.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- One (1) year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in an ICU setting.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
- NIH Stroke Scale certificate.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
- Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred.
