Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse position is located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The role involves providing specialized critical care to ventilated patients requiring advanced hemodynamic monitoring, arterial line management, and post-surgical line and drain care. This high-acuity environment demands excellent clinical skills and the ability to work rotating shifts in a demanding setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid ICU certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications through the American Heart Association, relevant nursing degree, current licensure, and 0 years of experience in a critical care setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with arterial line monitoring, ICP (Intracranial Pressure) monitoring, ventilated patient care, use of pressors, inotropes, vasoactive medications, line insertion and maintenance, and post-surgical drain management
• Additional Information: The role involves assisting with line insertion, maintaining lines, tubes, drains, ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, EVD (External Ventricular Drain), PA (Pulmonary Artery) lines with waveform interpretation, and supporting complex patient needs in SICU, NCCU, and PICU environments. On-call availability is required for this position.
