Job Summary
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) West Portland, Oregon, and surrounding areas. This position involves providing skilled home health care services to adult and geriatric patients in a community setting. The role requires compatibility with a daytime schedule and prioritizes patient-centered care within a home health environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8 hours per day, Days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Oregon State Licensure, BLS certification, at least 1 year of skilled home health experience, and possession of a valid compact license. Candidates must have their own transportation, with occasional travel within roughly 60 miles.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital settings, Electronic Health Record systems (EPIC, Rover), and Oasis documentation.
• Certifications: BLS required.
• Open to First-Time Travelers: Yes.
• Additional Information: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation; the system groups clients to minimize drive time. Candidates should be prepared to work 3 of the 5 listed holidays, with all scheduling requests specified during submittal. Response to the question regarding prior work at a provider facility is required with submission.
