Job Summary:
Nursing Supervisor position located in Bethpage, New York. This role involves overseeing the daily operations and staff management within a busy, state-of-the-art off-site reprocessing center that provides sterile processing services for multiple healthcare facilities. The position requires leadership in maintaining compliance with sterilization policies and fostering effective communication between departments to ensure optimal workflow.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Shift hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current Registered Central Supply Technician Certification (CRCST or CSPD) that does not expire during the assignment, five or more years of relevant experience, leadership or management experience, associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, ability to lift/carry 25 pounds, manual dexterity, ability to stand, bend, lift, and reach for extended periods, effective communication skills in English (verbal and written), and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.

• Additional Information: Scrubs will be provided and must be laundered at the facility. Shoes, jewelry, hair, and beard coverings are required; nail polish is not allowed. Free parking is available. This position involves supervising and coordinating staff, ensuring compliance with sterilization techniques, participating in documentation procedures, and serving as a liaison to operational areas.
