Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) care in San Tan Valley, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients within the unit, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional nursing standards. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area of progressive care or related acute care settings is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional certification are preferred.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform comprehensive patient assessments, formulate and revise care plans, and coordinate with team members to ensure continuity of care. Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervision of staff, effective documentation, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The role demands effective communication skills and the ability to respond swiftly to patient needs in a dynamic environment.
