Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in West Virginia. This role requires providing patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment, supporting a variety of surgical procedures including General, Orthopedic, Neurology, and ENT surgeries. The position involves working on night shifts with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in perioperative care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour nights, Wednesday through Friday, with call rotations every 4 weeks from 7 PM to 7 AM on weeknights and a weekend call shift on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday up to 24 hours per 3-month contract.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; BLS Certification; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in operating room settings; experience with OR equipment including Baxter pumps, Phillips and Dynomap robots; familiarity with EPIC charting system; ability to cross train for Endoscopy procedures; candidate must include a copy of an unexpired driver's license with submission; no prescreen required for the operating room.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DaVinci Surgical Robot is a plus; ACLS certification preferred due to sedation practices.
• Additional Information: The facility has 11 surgical rooms, with 8 OR Suites and 3 Endo Suites, handling approximately 65 cases daily. The provider sees all types of cases except for open heart surgeries, including Vascular, General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Eyes, and ENT. The team recently began using the DaVinci Robot, and experience with it is highly advantageous. The role adheres to a 50-mile radius submission rule, with all candidates expected to comply.
