Job Summary:
RN (Registered Nurse) specializing in Medical Surgical Orthopedic Floor available in Gallatin, Tennessee. This position involves providing quality patient care to a diverse patient population, including geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients aged 13 and older. The role requires adherence to standardized protocols within a 23-bed healthcare environment with a patient ratio of approximately 4-6:1.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN (Registered Nurse) certification and licensure to work as an RN in Tennessee, along with certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); 1+ years of experience preferred; location within or willing to travel to Gallatin, Tennessee.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong assessment skills, highly motivated, with excellent teamwork and customer service abilities.
• Additional Information: The assignment involves caring for postoperative joints, bariatric, trauma patients, and postoperative general injuries. The candidate must be hardworking, willing to ask questions when in doubt, and demonstrate kindness and compassion.
