Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) located in Michigan. This role involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. The RN utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching to patients and their families. Effective communication with the healthcare team is essential, along with participation in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensuring their implementation.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 09/08/2026
• Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. - BLS certification from the American Heart Association. - Minimum of 2+ years recent experience in Progressive Care Unit, Stepdown, or Telemetry nursing. - Experience in medication drips. - ACLS and BLS from AHA in hand.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  Auto offers approved for 13-week contracts. Overtime billed after 48 hours. No block scheduling requests can be accommodated; shifts will be scheduled consecutively when possible but are not guaranteed to be on the same days each week.
