Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Nurse is needed for a facility located in Austin, TX. This position involves working on a Medical Surgical floor with a focus on providing high-quality inpatient care. The role is scheduled for night shifts, offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment with a dedicated team.
Job Details:
- Location: 12221 N MOPAC EXPRESSWAY, Austin, TX, United States
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical (MS)
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours shift time
- Schedule: Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification, hospital experience, and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Three or more years of nursing experience, epilepsy care experience.
- Additional Information: The unit cares for a diverse patient population with various needs, utilizing equipment such as video EEG, Hoyer lifts, bladder scanners, vital sign machines, and telemetry. The team values open feedback, professionalism, and a preparedness for high-quality patient care.
