Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Registered Nurse (RN) within a prominent medical center. This position involves providing specialized patient care in a high-volume cardiac catheterization laboratory environment. The RN collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and patient safety during various cardiovascular procedures, including outpatient and complex interventions. The role offers flexibility with shift options and a variety of case types requiring advanced clinical skills.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license or certification in nursing, minimum 2 years of relevant experience in intensive care unit (ICU) or similar setting, at least 1 year of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory, prior travel experience preferred but not required, available to work schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays with possible call during contract period
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory and travel nursing experience
• Additional Information: The role involves supporting outpatient and complex structural and vascular interventions in a state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory with 7 procedure rooms and a hybrid operating room. Epic is used as the primary charting system, and hemodynamic measurements are conducted on Siemens Sensis systems. Approximately 30+ cases are performed daily, including coronary, structural, and vascular procedures.
