Job Summary:
The Telemetry (TELE) registered nurse position is located in Stanford, California. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care within a specialized telemetry unit, utilizing evidence-based nursing practices. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university is preferred. At least 0 years of experience in a telemetry or related setting.
• Additional Information: The role emphasizes assessment, intervention, education, and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse will utilize technology for documentation and communication, participate in unit programs, and demonstrate professional growth through ongoing education and practice evaluation.
